At Cheryl Claire Wellbeing we are passionate about helping teachers, children and young adults both improve and prioritise their wellbeing.
After 12 years’ experience working in the education sector as a teacher, in 2020 I moved into the wellness space and began the delivery of workshops across a variety of settings, including a pre-school nursery, holiday activity camps and within a community wellbeing fair. The journey I have had since then means I have now offer work within primary and secondary schools supporting teacher and pupil wellbeing, sports clubs, as well as 1:1 coaching packages.
Mindfulness, meditation, DBT and MBCBT are just some of the tools I use to deliver my message of being able to prioritise your wellbeing, giving techniques that can be implemented immediately, to improve overall wellbeing.
